Dr. Rex L. Mauldin was the pastor of the Trent United Methodist Church in Trent, Texas after his retirement from full-time Methodist ministry. In 2007, the church at Trent was destroyed by a gas explosion. The church soon came together to rebuild the church structure, adding six stained glass windows and a steeple. This Lenten devotional book includes discussion of the meaning of these stained glass windows and the steeple that rises into the sky. The book can be used for group or personal study and devotion during the season of Lent.
