Sir Malcolm and the Royal Secret

By: Shortsleeve, Beth

A triumphant brass fanfare echoes across the courtyard, announcing the royal family's return home. Up in the gatehouse loft, ten-year-old knight-in-training Malcolm and his loyal sheepdog, Brody, welcome their dear friend, Prince Jordan. Laid out across the oak table are the artifacts Malcolm discovered across three seasons of patrol: the old surveyor's parchment, the watchman's horn, shears, the bronze sluice pin, and the falconer's whistle.

While Prince Jordan is amazed by how Malcolm has pieced together the castle's hidden history, one discovery has remained carefully guarded. Reaching beneath his tunic, Malcolm sets the antique brass falcon key at the center of the surveyor's map. Recognizing its true importance, Jordan joins Malcolm and Brody on an unforgettable final quest to uncover the castle's ultimate royal secret.

Rich with classic pastoral warmth, true friendship, and enduring canine loyalty, Sir Malcolm and the Royal Secret brings the seven-part Sir Malcolm the Brave adventure to a wholesome, heartwarming conclusion.
