"The restoration of this Bentley began shortly after I acquired the car in October, 2010. The first constructive efforts were to determine what the project's activities should be; that is, we start such a project with a format called "planning". In past restorations I have used an engineer's process referred to as a Pert Network, that is a planning tool of obtaining materials or parts, and interrelations of what activities must be completed before other activities can be started and time estimates required of each account.
