SIQUIRRES, CANT N CENTENARIO, es un tributo a esta tierra, verdadero diafragma de la Provincia de Lim n, por su situaci n geogr fica lim trofe de una variedad de cantones y su econom a din mica. Siquirres posee una econom a din mica, de base agr cola, destac ndose la producci n de banano y pi a; con un importante aporte del turismo de aventura y una floreciente actividad agro-industrial y comercial y unos paisajes deslumbrantes que van desde las tierras altas de la Cordillera de Talamanca, hasta las bajas de las costas que la integran a la Barra y a Parismina.
