Art in the form of crafting poems achieves serenity in the face of troubling times. Written from 2021-2025, these hundred poems are an eclectic collection of both free verse and traditional forms on a range of themes from current events, nature, personalities, and daily activities in contemplation of the human condition. In so doing, the poet creates order out of seeming chaos and dissonance, singing the darkness away and enabling her to see "hope eternal, loath to ever disappoint" and "leaping like a lady, she holds up her green lamp."
