Not The Caliber of Sewing Book You Would Except From A Sewing Machine Company

Let’s start with the organization of the book; which was somewhat chaotic. And did not seem to have any rhyme or reason for the order.
Next was the fact that it is not very thorough. It amounts to little more than a few pointers on each topic, not really true instructions.
Each section was roughly 30 pages (give or take a few pages). And since this book is smaller in stature, and not your typical 6 x 9 or 8 1/2 x 11; but rather 5 x 8. So, each page was not able to contain quite as much information. Those extra inches do make a difference. Often times, sections were not really long enough to really cover the topic.
What little information / pointers it did contain were sound and might prove helpful. It just isn’t thorough enough to really be instructional.
So really, its only true value really lies in its collectibility and its historical relevance.
