More than just a cookbook

I had the supreme pleasure of seeing author Andy LoRusso "in action" at a conference. Not only did he give a lively and entertaining presentation, but he created a total audience experience. We were all singing Italian songs and arias, with the help of his screens showing images of Italy and the words to the song. Andy LoRusso has adapted recipes from his own Italian family, and he shares them with pinache in this cookbook. The recipes are simple to moderate in difficulty, and he recommends the freshest ingredients. You'll also enjoy travel tips and food safety techniques in the cookbook -- plus the CD to sing along helps ensure you'll have a happy heart and a happy family. I have made a few of the dishes, and they are (not surprisingly) delicious. Check out Andy's videos on YouTube. Put chefsing in the search box and y ou'll find him. When I showed this cookbook to my mom, she took hold of it and hasn't given it back! So my advise is that you order two - one for yourself and one for a gift.
