More reference than strategy.

The SimTower Official Strategy Guide, in my opinion, is more of a reference to the game than a strategy guide. It has a few "easter eggs" listed that are most often cheats. But, it does include a lot of strategy for zoning the tower and especially building noise-effective hotels and commercial areas. I'd recommend it not for the beginner, but somebody who has already spent a couple (maybe 10-20) hours with the game already and has spent some time looking up hints on the Net. If you have a little experience and have some time on your hands, this book could greatly improve your gaming experience with SimTower.

SimTower: The Official Strategy Guide. This is the first and only book available for SimTower. This book is a very well-done job of the only book available for the game. Every aspect of the game is covered in it, everything from building your first lobby to elevators to what to do if disaster strikes. Also covered in this book are some of the game's well, and little-known, cheats, along with a step-by-step procedure on how to accomplish them. I already had SimTower for almost a year when I first bought this book, however, I learned more than double the things that I had learned during that time by reading this book. I would reccommend this book to anyone, whether they are just beginning using the game or have had it for some time
