My new favorite cookbook!

If I find a cookbook with only one recipie that I like and will use, then its worth it - Simply Dinner is FULL of them. I received Simply Dinner as a shower gift almost two years ago and hesitated to use it because it looked too "cute" to be practical. I was bored one day and decided to try something new - and now Simply Dinner is my favorite cookbook. Not only is the book cute, but it is VERY practical. The ingredients are things I usually keep in my pantry, and the recipies are simple in that not too many ingredients are used. The directions are easy to follow and Emilie adds ideas for side dishes on many items. Thanks to cousin Jenn for this wonderful shower gift!
