A terrific investment

I found this book at Costco packaged with the ball, band, and DVD for $14.99, and it was worth every penny of it! It is a very thorough workout, with increasing levels of intensity. The instructors are enthusiastic but not annoying, and the instructions are extremely easy to follow.
