Simplified Meals is a full instructional cooking experience. It will be an exciting journey for the budding chef and busy mom. Jen attended the Chaffey College Culinary Arts Program in California and helped run the staff restaurant on campus. She started Simplified Meals by Jen to simplify people's responsibilities at home so they can lead full lives with family and fulfill their dreams. While there are a few culinary business developments in the works, one of her main desires is to open a restaurant to showcase chefs' specialties and become the type of employer that provides wages that allow people to make a good living as well as participate in life moments. As a single mom for 22 years, working several jobs to provide for her family caused her to miss pivotal events in her own children's lives, so she understands the sacrifice it takes when a person needs to take care of their loved ones. Her heart is set to give back to her community by providing great jobs, tasty food and hospitality service at a 5-star level.
