Lisa is very knowledgeable in this subject, which shows within the contents of this book. A good book to keep on anyone's shelf as a reference. This can be used again & again.

Simple Solutions by Lisa DiTullio is one of those rare books that I found lived on after the last chapter was read. Lisa's insights and knowledge about project management, supported by case studies and practical guidelines to support organizational success provided me with ideas that I put into immediate action and ideas that were a joy to share with others. I recommend this book as a gift to oneself, a friend or co-worker or for anyone interested in project management.

Couldn't Put it Down

I am a project manager of over 15 years and am currently in charge of a healthcare Project Management Office. I could not put Lisa's book down once I started reading it. Her down-to-earth principles were integral to Pilgrim Healthcare's recovery. Many of those same prinicples can easily be applied to day to day PMO operations. There is a lot to learn from Lisa. This is a must read for anyone working in a Project Management Office!
