In Matthew 6:9-13 one of Jesus' disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray. The questions of why the disciples asked to be taught and why Jesus in turn taught them quickly gained clarity in the core of my being. With that understanding I was handed the curriculum for a class I will never forget teaching, especially since it was a crucial time in my own life. I was astounded by what I learned and what I was mandated to teach the adult students, who would sit in my presence weekly. They were eager to learn this art form, which I had taken for granted for so long.
