As a young boy growing in Colombia, South America I always wanted to have a monkey, the idea of having a pet that was around your neck, hugging you and playing with you and being funny all the time was very appealing at the time, I was lucky enough to get a precious female spider monkey that I named Simona and I had for 11 years, I have created this series to bring you the fun memories with amazing images. A few years later I truly became aware, that Monkeys must stay free in their native environment and not trapped in cities, so now I am trying to transmit that message to children and parents of world.
