Simon and Schuster Pocket Guide to Cabernet Sauvignon Wines
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 25 years ago
I use purchased this book in back 1991 and still use it as an absolute reference. The information contained in the book is invaluable. As an avid wine lover I know of no other source on the subject of Cabernet Sauvignon which for the beginer contains such a comprehensive review of the specific nature of the French varietel , Cabernet Sauvignon. After reading the book, by Roger Voss, I was well equipped with the knowledge of the wine's history, regional environmental requirements and process of fermentation. In short the information enables one to purchase a wine of good value and superior quality in the marketplace without blind experimentation. Unfortunately it is out of print. Do your best to find itsince it is a must have.
