Tested & proven to work

I'm here to purchase a second copy for a friend. I myself have used three of the spells in this book & have manifested several large purchases for our family & banished a sudden debt. This year my husband's business is suffering from the housing market crash (he sells lumber) & we were forced to stop sending our son to private school & start his high school years in a public school. Unfortunately, we were two weeks too late telling the private school & they were insistent that we must pay the $12,000 tuition for the year even though he would not be attending. Once we had decided to send him to public school I used several thousand dollars of the saved tuition money to pay off medical bills from my new daughter's 11 day stay in the NICU. Now we didn't even have the full tuition to pay! I quickly pulled out Silver's book & found an easy spell for banishing a debt. I smudged the house, did the spell & the next day the private school called to tell us that they were making an exception to the rules & were letting us out of the contract. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to develop a better relationship with money. The spells are easy to understand & perform for beginners & quick for seasoned spellcasters. There is nothing that says you can't change words or items around to suit your own purposes, beliefs or situations. I have never felt comfortable with the "so mote it be" lines & have developed my own. As long as you believe in what you are doing, do it with honesty & then leave the rest up to the universe, you will be successful.

What's the problem?

I honestly don't understand why so many people bash Silver Ravenwolf - the books that I have read by her so far have been practical and informative. Plus, it's refreshing to read a book by an author with a sense of humor. As for this particular book, again, I thought it was excellent. She emphasizes obtaining your goals by only harming none, so what's the big deal? One religion that states prosperity and success are evil is Christianity - and from reading some of these reviews it seems that many people have carried this mindset over into Wicca - which is unfortunate. My advice - read it and judge for yourself!

cuando yo ordene este libro, pense que no hera muy buenopero dije, voy a salir de la curiosidad. al empezar aleer este me di cuenta que lo que tenia en mis manos heraun exelente libro,es muy dificil encontrar libros llenosde consejos buenos para nuestra superacion , asi mismolos rituales son exelentes.

Thorough

This book is very well-written. It approaches the popular burden of finance from two perspectives and manages to make them work together with superior skill. It also ably inspires the reader to create spells and practices of their own. Highly recommended.

What's Wrong With Fun!

Alot of negativity amongst these reviews. I think people are missing the point. Lady Silver IS a lineaged Witch and a Wiccan Priestess. She is very knowledgable. You all complain that it's all fluff, and real Witches write their own spells anyway... Ms. RavenWolf is writing these books for the BEGINNER...the person who needs a little help, the "new" Witch who needs a little help when it comes to composing a spell...I use her spells as templates, I never copy them word for word, and if you actually READ her words you'd realize that she recommends people to alter them to their specific goals anyway... And why must the Craft be so cold, and serious all the time...what's wrong with making it fun from time to time? Silver RavenWolf is my favorite Craft author and I will continue to buy her books, supporting her. As she promises, "If you keep reading, I'll keep writing." So if you don't like her books you've only yourselves to blame if you keep reading them.Blessed Be, MoonHawk
