Charley lives on a farm with his family a wife and daughter. A storm comes in and with it, a tornado. Instead of seeking shelter, he equips a suit he's been working on and faces the tornado head-on. The suit is heavy enough to walk into the tornado. It is also protected by plates of steel to deflect debris. He blows up the tornado with dynamite successfully but not without pain. After the fight, he sets his mind on finding the origin of the tornado. . .
