My thoughts and memories from age 5 to 10, of life in the orphanage. No welfare during this period. Mother was unable to provide for us, so the orphanage was her only option to keep us from being separated. Moved to Nashville in 1952. Attended high school in Nashville in 1961. Moved to Dallas, TX and went to a technical school. Later attended University of Texas in Arlington, while working at Texas Instruments. Two tours of duty in Vietnam. Was in law enforcement for 26 years. Later, a Justice Court Judge for 12 years
