A GOOD read. ;)

I've been trying to read more christian fiction lately and teen fiction in particular. I came upon this book in the library and was suprised to find out how interesting it was. I was sucked into it from the beginning which was very pleasing and amazing seeing how the first few chapters the main Chara Sierra cant even open her eyes! The characters all felt very real to me, which was probably my favorite part seeing how I feared christianity might come off very fakey but it didn't. The author gives us a main chara who knows nothing of God and a very lovable old woman who slowly shares Grace with her roommate. And there's Sierra's younger sister of course, who will make you laugh out loud! :D I'd hardly call it fluffy, but rather a slow and real process of a normal girl learning about God. It takes a long time till Sierra gets it. But I dont think it could have been too much better. In the end, It was slightly surprising to see that Sierra is willing to forgive her friends. At first, it seemed unreal, but actually I saw it was quite the opposite. It was REAL. Because Sierra grows tired of the lies she's become apart of, she decides to quit altogether. Although the book ends feeling slightly cut-off, it only makes me eager to read the next. An all around good read, if you're looking for christian fiction.

One thriller teens will love!

I finished this book just days ago. It is a great book about a girl who lands in a hospital after a car crash. With no memory of the crash she believes that it is her fault. But when she slowly regains her memory many things are changed and she learns she has been betrayed! I thought it was great and can't wait to read the rest of the series. Enjoy!

Betrayal Takes A Turn

This book is about an incident that happened because three friends betrayed each other. In Sierra's Story, Sierra is unconscious, but then she comes back to her life in a hospital room. Her boyfriend, Ryun Lee, and her best friend, Kenzie Parker, come to visit her and are surprised she has no memory of the car wreck they say she was in. Sierra is forced into thinking she was the driver and feels incredibly guilty because Kenzie and Ryun were in the accident as well. But then her memory of that night starts to come back and she doesn't tell anyone except her roommate, Missouri. Missouri wants her to do the right thing and turn to God, but Sierra is looking for revenge on her friends. Sierra's life will never be the same. I liked this book because it was full of interesting surprises. It really kept me reading . I liked the whole story plot. I didn't give it a five star because I have just read better books before. There are similar books called the Degrees of Guilt. Degrees of Guilt is about a death of a guy that everybody seems to love. Each person feels responsible for his death. The books tell how. Both series are very interesting. Plus there are two more books called Ryun's Story and Kenzie's story that are in the same series and are written in the same format. I would recommend this book to any girl between the grades of 7 and 9. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
