When best friends Katie Kendrick and Priya Patil went on a highschool fieldtrip to the nearby chemical plant, a terrifying accident left them with superhuman powers. Naming themselves Ultra Woman and Disappearing Girl (respectively), they teamed up to keep the streets of Seattle free of crime, all in the name of justice Now, well into their twenties and living together as roommates, Priya begins to realize that being a sidekick is actually pretty demeaning.
