I had this Bible when I used to teach Sunday School classes (High School and Adult).

I like to use several translations to get different commentaries from different biblical scholars. As in politics, people are told what they should believe or think about religion. The more one can read about Biblical Literature, the more interesting and exciting it is. Spoiler alert: The more one studies on his or her own, the more one learns what is more nearly the truth. I have a dozen translations, but the Amplified Bible is myfavorite! A 70 year-old Biblical Studies Student.
