Sick Days

Hey fireflies! For those of you who don't already know me: my name's Chloe Henkel (@chloe.creating) and this is my book. Sick Days is a collection of poetry based on my own experiences with Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trichotillomania (a compulsive hair-pulling disorder) and other mental health issues. I hope that these poems are able to bring comfort and a reminder that you are not alone to anyone who needs it.

More than anything, I hope to remind you all that you are more than your struggles, your disorders, and your sick days.
You are a whole, beautiful, human being, who is deserving of all of the love and support you may need.
