Kashi was a teenage Japanese girl who immigrated to the United States where she found it sometimes hard to fit in with the other students. To compound the problem one day she ends up having an embarrassing bowel movement in school and thinks it's the end of the world. Although her aunt assures her it's not the end of the world the next morning she goes to the proctologist who is treating a large number of people for toxic constipation while she is suffering from chronic diarrhea to a nightmarish level. The next morning when she wakes up she finds that the zombie apocalypse has occurred, where people suffer from extreme constipation that ends up turning them into zombies. Taking refuge in a mall she ends up finding that her feces has the anti-bodies that can turn a zombie back into a human. Now with Greg, her high school crush, and Vanessa, her high school bully that she hates, a Bible thumping rich bigoted extremist and idiot, they must try to find their way to get to the CDC so that they can use Kashi's feces as a way of creating an anti-body to save the world from the zombie apocalypse, that is if she can avoid shitting herself to death along the way.
