When I first began feeling the call to write a book, I asked God what kind of book? He spoke and said a weekly devotional. I am sure you're probably wondering why a weekly devotional instead of a daily devotional? The answer is many times we read a daily devotion and by the end of the day we totally forget what we have even read. God wants us to take each week and truly work on the areas spoken on within these devotions. I know God is truly wanting to change our lives and sometimes that takes a process. So, God is giving you a week to work on the areas of your life that need pruning. But you must continue working in these area even after the week is up. Hopefully after each week you see progress within yourself. If you don't, keep pushing yourself and ask God for strength. Allow God to be your help!
