I was invited to be a guest on an American aircraft carrier (the USS Kitty Hawk) at the head of its own Battle Group while the Cold War was "warm" -but then after being at sea for two days (somewhere out in the middle of the Pacific), the Captain of the Kitty Hawk summoned me and "requested" [I am assuming the reader knows what a "request" from a United States Navy Captain actually means] me to serve the U.S. Navy.
I did.
This is also how Shih Tzu puppies and coyotes are related to and intertwined with World History.
