This book is a very good primer for the student of Shiatzu. It teaches the basics of Japanese Pressure point massage. Filled with very good descriptive text and sketches. Also precise procedures for specific ailments. This book is easy to understand and read. A must for your library. This is a practical journal. (A note: this book is also a good reference for for Dim Mak practioners).
