Manfred, Commissioner of Major League Baseball in a Tribute to the Negro Leagues in Birmingham, Alabama. Cottingham also taught at Wayne State University as an adjust professor while serving in the capacity of labor relations consultant throughout the state of Michigan. He is a lover of golf and will beat you up if you give him a few strokes.
