Not referring to the Maui Macadamia-Pineapple Bread, although that one is tasty, too. No, I'm talking about the "other" Banana bread from a Sheraton Hotel elsewhere in the world (not sure where, I lost this book years ago). I used this recipe so many times, I almost knew it by heart; so rich and decadent. This recipe is worth the book, all by itself, although many other recipes are top notch too.
