Sheilas Trifecta

Immediately following their deaths, three women share their poignant stories, revealing their souls' journeys on Earth: their birth and death cycles and the natural aging transition from childhood and beyond. Sometimes they trip; sometimes they fall, always slogging through the passage to transformation, allowing expression of the divine within as they come closer to the true selves they were created to be. Through their stories, they learn a universal and compelling lesson: they are always enough, however flawed and imperfect they may seem. This character-driven novel is intended for readers on a path of personal growth.

Sheila's Trifecta

This is a unique and inspiring book of soul-search souls, each one's experiences touching aspects of my own life journey and those of any woman (person) I know. It took a long time to read because it was so thought provoking I had to stop every few pages to think, feel, reminisce, experience. I would highly recommend this book to anyone willing to search their own soul and review their own life's path.

A Compassionate Journey

Reading "Sheila's Trifecta" is like a session with a compassionate therapist who, through skillful self-disclosure helps you not only find yourself, but love and accept what you find. Von Soest has created a new genre in writing - not exactly fiction, not exactly self-help, not exactly memoir, but a rich integration of all three. I found that the book made me drop all ideas about "what" I was reading and immerse myself into a multi-dimensional experience of the women of my generation. This is a great book for women now entering their elder years and their daughters. Younger women, who understand that their own life path is eased through understanding and acceptance of those that came before, will find in this book that wise older woman so many are longing for.

Sheila's Trifecta

I read "Sheila's Trifecta" before Christmas and found it moving, spiritual, and deeply intimate - so much so that I've needed nearly a month's distance to write a review. This story of three distinctly different women defines all women. Alone, we each have these three women in us. In communities, we may have the luxury of "specializing" in one of the personalities. In total, we all seek the love so fully described in this novel.

Sheila's Trifecta

A thoughtful, provocative book that explores life's journeys from various perspectives. You will, no doubt, see parts of yourself in the well written dialogue that inspires conversations with your own friends and family.

Sheila's Trifecta: A Guide to Knowing Oneself

The author, through the afterlife reviews of three women, helps readers examine where they have come from, and where they are headed. The three women do life reviews, while supporting one another. The author takes a very unique approach--and it works! Chuck Zastrow
