We all have voice and a knowing within.
If even from observing,
the creation of our legend and spirit is overwhelming.
Written in poetic form of pain and loss and hope.
Placed upon the page where we meet to find our cope.
We feel the most whole
when finding pieces.
Some left behind, some still in mind
and those found in times of weakness.
The beat from our footsteps
goes somewhere.
The noise of life can drown out sound
we sometimes need to bear.
I hope you feel my see
if even to share the weight of be.

to acknowledge and release
