Vanessa has come to a remote cottage to leave her old life behind.
The village is quiet. The house is old. And the solitude she craved should be exactly what she needs.
But the cottage feels strangely untouched, as though its last occupant only stepped out for a moment. A few unanswered questions soon become impossible to ignore, and the longer Vanessa stays, the more she begins to doubt the refuge she thought she had found.
Drawn into the cottage's past, Vanessa must decide what to believe: the stories whispered around town, the fragments left behind, or her own increasingly uncertain instincts.
Some places are hard to leave.
Some never let you go.
