Shattered Trust?

The third in a series of four books and I have to say my trust in this author was not shattered. The storyline kept the momemtum set in the first two books and continued right to the end. The characters grow and evolve, the bad gus try to maintain their status quo but as with all good books, the good guys win in the end and the bad guys get their just desserts. Ms Banksm, once again, proved to be a capable author who can maintain a storyline and keep the reader interested.

I read all four books in Leslie Esdaile Banks 'Trust' series "Betrayal of Trust, Blind Trust, Shattered Trust, and the finale No Trust" . I loved them. I am glad I discovered it after the whole series was complete because I would have hated waiting to find out how it all ended. Laura Cauldwell a financial genius is the heroine of the series set outs to bring down Philadelphia's most prominent-and most corrupt-families. She schemes against crooked politicans, the Italian, Russian and Jamaican mafia to try and bring financial stability to Philadelphia's poor communities. She incorporates adventure, political intrigue, intelligence and romance in this highly entertaining series. As usual this multi-talented author rocks!
