Shared medical records in the era of computerized medical records

The shared medical record (DMP) has only recently been introduced at the Habib Thameur Hospital (HHT). Its use raises ethical issues that have been little studied, especially in Tunisia. The aim of our work was to describe, through the experience of the HHT, the ethical issues raised by the DMP, notably information, confidentiality, and identification of the type of data and the objectives of data sharing (care, research...).
