The story is introduced and summarized by the ghost of Robert Armin c1563-1615. It outlines a brief history of King's Lynn, a pioneering, historic seaport and thriving market town. It's spans from late Iron Age Britain through the Hansa influenced boom of mercantile marine trading and the renaissance of Middle Ages England. One of its most intriguing claims to fame in the 15th century Guildhall of Saint George. Being the last of its kind to remain standing and also the only theatre sized venue where William Shakespeare and company actually performed for the common man. Included in this story are a variety of tales with various references to the Bard of Avon's creations.
