Ezhno Blackstone has wanted to tell this story for a very long time. But at every turn he's been blocked, distracted, discouraged, and thrown off course. He has only ever tried to tell the honest truth, but he's been called a liar, and accused of simply trying to hurt people. He's lost friends and has been disowned by family over some of the things he said. And, as such, he has tried to rewrite this story to avoid offending anyone, but it was never right. After fifteen years and thousands of different attempts, hooks, and approaches, he admitted that the inoffensive and neutered story he had left wasn't worth printing, and gave up on ever seeing it released.

But that's where I come in. I've been working with Ezhno since 2023 trying to remove all the fictional bits, uncover the raw truth of his life, and learn why his family would want it covered up. I've interviewed people, researched events, religious figures, and pieced together clues to secrets to back up the things he wrote about.

As such, I can say that this story here is absolutely true. Every person mentioned in these pages is a real-life human being, and everything that is written about really happened. We have only changed the names of people, places, and organizations because Ezhno insisted on it.

As such, Ezhno's real and honest story is one of pain, betrayal, and fanatics. Death, hatred, and adolescence. Religious extremism, megachurches, and a boy who dared defy faith.

It is his search for a place to call home.
