This collection of poetry was made entirely by "translating" selected text from Camille Paglia's 1990 book, Sexual Personae, through Google's voice recognition software, thereby completing a cycle of performance, distortion, abstraction, and recreation.
The resulting poems are records of the digital interface with the divine. They exist at the crossroads between inspiration and failure, between technology and myth, between corporate and personal, between-as Paglia might put it-Apollo and Dionysus.
