Texas is a feisty beauty from the USA, Jonno is a good looking guy from Australia. They meet at a border crossing in India, they are stranded, the border guards refuse to let them through. Jonno saves the day but Texas isn't ready to owe him anything not even a thank you but maybe she just can't resist a good looking fella like Jonno or maybe she can. Then a post card arrives from the USA and Jonno is off to join her but that's only the beginning.

Sex Sardines and Sauerkraut or, SSS as I call it, is a semi autobiographical love story and travel adventure based on my travels. For six years I lived and worked throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe. SSS was the result.

Originally SSS was written as three stories. Ten years later I took the main characters of Alex from Book One and Ash from Book Two and morphed them into Jonno from Book Three. I also wrote some additional material, cut a little bit here and there and ended up with a very good story.

Those six years travelling were the greatest education I ever had. They were life changing. When I left Australia I was a young naive boy, when I returned I was a man. Actually, when I returned there were two of us, a young girl named Sue came with me and luckily she's still with me today.
