Outstanding and inspirational

I just finished Dr. Munton's book, and I found it to be an incredible inspiration. Dr. Munton is very effective in using practical illustrations from his own life and experiences, as he clearly outlines 7 steps to becoming an effective christian leader. The result of Munton's own personal experience as an effective leader became a captivating element to the book and is reminiscent of Jim Cymbala (Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire). Dr. Munton tells it like it is, emphasizing the importance of an intimate relationship with Christ first and foremost. I was affected by his enthusiasm and straightforward approach. This is a "must read", and I am recommending it to everyone I know.

Great help

I enjoyed this book immensely! It is humorous, practical and very biblical. I am recommending it to my pastor friends and to all my Sunday School teachers and ministry leaders. It's the best book on leadership from a Christian perspective that I have read.
