After being off the grid for twenty-three years, a stranger gets off the bus in the town of Seven Roads, a stranger going by the name of Dixon McCall. But he's not the only newcomer to Seven Roads. A man named Isiah Townsend, a revolutionary radical extremist believing that in order to be heard you have to be extreme in your convictions and correct in your actions, a self-proclaimed politician with a terroristic plot who has put together a group calling themselves the "Citizens of the New World Order," or C.N.W.O. He is going to make the corrupt politicians listen. But for Dixon McCall has two problems. One; Isiah Townsend thinks Dixon McCall is a federal agent out to put a stop to him, and two, according to the Government, Dixon McCall does not exist.
