Seven Island Flavored Ramen

In this exciting children's adventure story, Jill and Carlos are best friends who live on a small exotic island with their parents. Finally, the Cotton Candy Carnival is coming to their island Jill and Carlos have been jumping up and down in anticipation for the carnival all summer long.

But disaster strikes when both Jill's and Carlos' parents wake up sick on the morning of the carnival. In desperation, the children seek the help of Jill's neighbor, Mrs. Akiko, who has a secret family ramen soup recipe that can cure any illness in just an hour. The trouble is, Mrs. Akiko doesn't have the proper ingredients on hand.

Bravely, Jill and Carlos volunteer to sail to each of six neighboring islands in order to fetch all the special ingredients to make the Seven Island Flavored Ramen. Racing against time, they use Mrs. Akiko's massive pet sea turtle as a boat and her talking parrot as a guide. But will they make it back in time to cure their parents?

Sometimes life throws you a curveball that could spoil or change your plans. In this story children learn that instead of pouting and feeling hopeless, by thinking outside the box and using their intuition and creativity they can find new opportunities and solutions to solve their problems.
