My book club read this mystery and has high praise for the author. The characters are well developed and the plot has some original twists and turns. In fact, it seemed so realistic I wondered if the author was a mole for the FBI or a hit man for the mafia. This would make a great movie!
Seven is the Perfect Number

This book is amazingly well-written with believable characters, realistic dialogue, crisp action, and an inventive premise. It is also full of the contradictions, confusions, and craziness of life. At the same time it is gentle and thrilling. It was hard to put down because each action and each chapter begged for resolution in the next chapter; it flowed seamlessly and fast through the journey of the mystery. I highly recommend!
One great read

I read this book with mixed emotions. On one hand it was such a great read that I had to force myself to take a break. On the other hand I wanted to slow down so that the experience would not end. The author drew on his life experience and passions to create a book that you could live in and experience rather than simply read. If you are going to read only one book this summer it should be this one.
