This book was birthed out of a need to see more people serving in the church. So many of God's children are just along for the ride but not serving. This truth is borne out by Jesus when He says, "The harvest is great but the laborers are few." Because of the magnitude of the task, there is a great need for more people to enlist in service, and that will happen only when the church prays to the Lord of the harvest for more laborers. I believe it is because of the prayers of the saints that the inspiration for this work came to help spur the children of God to answer the call to serve.

It reveals Jesus's condescension from His place of glory to serve the Father-and by extension, sinful man.
