Beautiful

This isn't a book about garnishing-- that takes volumes in itself. its a book about style. Great ideas for simple touches to make a beautiful presentation.

Beautifully designed book

Gorgeous pictures (and lots of them), simple instructions, yet left me unsatified. I could have used a little more depth into garnishing in general. There are only a few examples for each topic.
