"These poems and lyrics were written and rewritten between 1968 until 2015. They are part of my legacy to my children and their children. I hope these are meaningful to those I love, the friends within, and other readers of poetry." Many poems have a musical feeling, metaphors, often very visual and physical, pulling you into the moment, trying to help you see and feel what the artist is painting with words. Poetry has always been very private for Mark, but as he is approaching the "September years" of his life, he has begun to publish a legacy of all the creative work he has or will create, which will include music, drawings, paintings and additional books in other genres.
