Reviewed in Canada on June 15, 2025. This book is a masterclass in the demotivational genre. Honestly, the best part was Cal - the Mascot - who showed up in all his stick figure glory on every page. Despite the author's best efforts I do believe you can get some benefit from this book since the primary message is that Self-help slogans do no good UNLESS you know how to implement them and actually want to accomplish what they are supposed to lead to. Honest, witty and definitely sarcastic it had me laughing out loud and screaming "what the heck?" at times.
