"Self Disclosure" -- A Gift For Your Soul

Is it a cooincidence my cat wants to snuggle each time I settle on the sofa with this book? (That cat almost NEVER comes near in the daytime.) Nope, my feline friend senses my expanding positive energy, he knows something big is up. What an amazing book!! It's like nothing I've ever read -- absolutely original on multiple levels. It's really more of a personal experience than a mere book. Dr. Covert guides us in very tangible ways to open our eyes and hearts to the pure energy of love that surrounds us at all times, love that we let get fogged over. She guides us, in very concrete ways, to be truly be happy in every aspect of our lives, in every situation. She guides us to see the blessings and opportunities in everything we might label "negatives." "Self Disclosure" allowed me to tap into things about myself I wasn't even aware of. It's a book I keep coming back to again and again to guide me in all levels of my life. I seem to reap new meaning from it at different times, according to my needs.
