Art Bell holds his PhD in English from Harvard and is the author of 56 books on communication, business, interpersonal relations, psychology, and literary works (including a novella, Magic?, and volumes of poetry and jazz ballads. He taught creative writing at Georgetown University and the University of Southern California. Art lives and works in Playa del Rey, California, with his wife and frequent co-author, Dayle Smith.
