see-through magic

I think the way the book uses see-through illustrations is absolutely charming! Kind of like a peek-a-boo effect that little ones enjoy, both reading at bed time and reading alone.

Captures the feeling of the ocean

My baby LOVES this book! It is so cool how it has the clear pages with ocean creatures behind- it really captures the magical feeling of being underwater in the ocean. It's a great reminder for parents of snorkeling days in Hawaii, and a nice way to introduce children to the wonder of the ocean.
