It is in the practice of meditating on God's Word that we develop spiritual maturity. We can be raised above our circumstances and seated in the heavenly with Christ Jesus. We can position our minds and align our hearts so we are no longer controlled by the world. We do this by learning to speak Scripture to ourselves with truth and not with fickle or unstable emotions. These studies will activate the spiritual ear and enlighten our spiritual eyes. Through Biblical studies we can come to know our Savior and develop oneness with the Father to be far above principalities and powers of the world. Studying is the way to divide the truth from the lies and not be led astray in these last days.
This is a 15 week discipleship Bible study for students and adults. The studies are question and answer verse by verse throughout a topic. The topics include: Abiding in Christ, New Nature, Trust, Resting, Obedience, Friends, Combatting Substance abuse, Standing Alone, Disciplining the Tongue, Righteous Tongue, Taming the Tongue, Treasures, Finding Reward, and Determining Who Am I?
The last half of each lesson is finding a principle and meditating on a verse and a challenge to apply what we are learning to our daily life. Then there is a prayer prompt with a blessing to be spoken over you and yours. I hope you enjoy these studies as much as I enjoyed writing them.
