As Royce lets his guard down, Juliet begins to see the Romilly brothers in a new light.

After Royce receives numerous visits from Threves, a nosy and threatening acquaintance, he puts the household on their guard. Threves is certain that Royce is the man abducting the women in the region. One morning, Royce wakes to find out Juliet has gone missing. He instructs a search and as one event leads to the next, Royce finds himself in life-threatening trouble. Juliet finds herself in the middle of it all and though she does all she can to protect Maxence, he commits a very heroic act. Will Royce be pardoned? Will Juliet escape? Will Maxence's identity come to light? Can love really be found in the most unlikely of places?
